Ground beef in any recipe can be substituted with Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) or crumbled Tempeh

Chunks of Seitan can replace meat in almost all meals

Nutritional Yeast is a suitable substitute for Parmesan Cheese topping on pasta

Cheesly, Sheese or a variety of available vegan cheeses can be used to replace dairy cheese

Substitute almond, rice, hemp, soy, oat, or other nut milks in place of cow's milk for baking, cooking, or drinking.

1/4 cup mashed tofu can replace one egg in baking

If your recipe requires gelatin you can use agar flakes or powder

Beef or chicken stock can be substituted with vegetable stock cubes

For other temptations such as chocolate, ice cream, meats of all decriptions you only have to look around around, there are meatless. vegan versions of almost everything available.
